accommodate
noun

adverb
In relation, comparison, or proportion to something else.
Example: My schedule for that week is relatively light, apart from two meetings with clients.
schedule
noun
A plan for carrying out a process or procedure, giving lists of intended events and times.

time off work
noun phrase
A period of time when you do not work because of illness or holidays, or because your employer has given you permission to do something else.
Example: You need to take some time off work and want to ask your manager about this.
unpaid leave
noun phrase
Unpaid leave refers to time off from work during which an employee retains their job, but does not receive a salary.
Example: I am writing to request some unpaid leave next month.
